• Discounts on our standard labor rate ($75 per hour) of 15% to 30% for a prepaid plan or 33% to 53% for a fixed rate plan.
• Discounts of 5% on equipment and software purchased from PARKERTECHGROUP

Prepaid Support allows you to pay for our services in advance at a great discount to you. These plans are usable for problem support as well as for projects such as programming, training, etc. And best of all, there is no expiration date on your hours!

Fixed Rate Support allows you to pay a fixed amount monthly for your support. Useable for basically anything IT relelated - problems, projects, installations, etc. Requires 2 months prepaid, monthly billing thereafter.
