PTGSupportTrust™ Plans

Having a trusted computer support company at your call is a great asset for your organization.  A PTGSupportTrust™  agreement with PARKERTECHGROUP gives you the assurance that your technology problems are our problems and we will work with you quickly to solve them. With PTGSupportTrust™ you will know your support costs up front and you will have access to all of our technology resources. 

We offer two plans - prepaid support and fixed rate support. 

Prepaid Support allows you to pay for our services in advance ant a significant discount to you - 20% off our normal labor rate of $89 per hour. This plan is usable for problem support as well as for projects such as programming, training, etc. And best of all, there is no expiration date on your hours!

To calculate your cost, take the number of hours you want (minimum is 50) and multiply by $68 per hour (this is your discount of $21 per hour!).

Fixed Rate Support allows you to pay a fixed amount monthly for your support and is useable for IT related problems. Projects such as programming, large wiring jobs, data center moves, large network jobs are not included and will be quoted out seperately.
