We currently support companies located outside our one hour area with multiple locations in multiple states. Of course, remote support can be done for anyone, anywhere. Our technical staff often begins or ends the day from home, which expands our service area significantly.

That is true because our client's issues are our issues and the main reason we are in business. We also try to see if there are opportunities with our clients to apply technical resources so that the client can grow and/or reduce costs. Your Support Options

We offer two means of technical support to our clients: On Demand, and our popular PTGSupportTrust plan.

On-Demand

This is a first come-first served "call us when you need us" plan. Our standard labor rate is $75 per hour with a half-hour minimum charge. Our average response time is good, but we do preferentially schedule our contract clients over our on-demand clients. We are able to support you in our office in Dunn, or at your location, or remotely. If we travel to you, our "clock" starts when we leave our office.

You do not have to have an established account with us to use our on-demand services. Just call us at 910-892-8782 to schedule service. If after your service experience with PARKERTECHGROUP, you want to begin a contractual agreement, we will be happy to apply your labor bill to your first month's payment (one month maximum).

PTGSupportTrust Plan™

This is our premier support package and has too many features to list here.
